Truman Scholarship 2024-2025

First- and second-year students are invited to an in-person information session and Truman Scholar panel on the Truman Scholarship, a $30,000 fellowship for activists and advocates working toward positive social change (what the Truman calls “change agents”). This event will help you learn about the application process as well as provide insights on how to use the summer to prepare to apply for the Truman Scholarship. Students apply for Truman in the fall of their junior year and Scholars receive $30,000 toward the costs of graduate school.

Truman Scholarship applicants must be US citizens planning to attend graduate or professional school and pursuing a career in a non-profit field including government, education, the military, or public service (basically, any organization whose website does not end in .com).
